Pixelgen Technologies (Sweden) has raised $15.5M in a Series B round, announced on August 20, 2026. The company is Develops tools for mapping molecular cell architecture at nanoscale resolution. The round was led by Flat Capital, with participation from Industrifonden, Navigare Ventures.

Pixelgen Technologies closed an oversubscribed Series B to accelerate global commercialization of its Proxiome Kit, expand into key markets and grow its team and product portfolio.
