Aptadir Therapeutics (Italy) has raised €40M in a seed round, announced on September 29, 2026. The company is Develop RNA inhibitor therapeutics for genetic disorders and cancer. The round was led by 4BIO Capital, with participation from EXTEND, CDP Venture Capital, Indaco Venture Partners, XGEN Venture, CE-Ventures, Angelini Ventures, Kerna Ventures, Italian Angels for Biotech, Club degli Investitori.
Aptadir closed a €40 million seed round to advance its RNA therapeutics pipeline, including a lead candidate for Fragile X Syndrome.
